Maglev technology

A rotating machine with nothing to wear at its core.

0 mechanical contact · 100% oil-free drivetrain

Active magnetic bearings, permanent-magnet direct drive and intelligent control form one contact-free platform for industrial air, vacuum and thermal systems.

The operating principle

The rotor floats. The process moves.

Position sensors measure the shaft thousands of times per second. Electromagnets respond in real time, keeping the high-speed rotor centred without mechanical contact.

01

Sense

Position sensors continuously measure the rotor in radial and axial directions.

02

Control

A digital controller calculates the magnetic force required to keep the shaft centred.

03

Suspend

Electromagnets hold the rotor in a stable field while the permanent-magnet motor drives it.

Five core technologies

One integrated high-speed platform.

01

Active magnetic bearings

Contact-free radial and thrust support with backup bearings for safe landing.

02

Three-dimensional flow design

Application-specific impellers and flow paths designed for high aerodynamic efficiency.

03

Permanent-magnet motor

A high-speed synchronous motor directly coupled to the aerodynamic stage.

04

Variable-frequency control

Soft starting and continuous speed control follow real process demand.

05

Intelligent monitoring

Operating data, alarms and remote diagnostics support lifecycle management.

Why it changes the lifecycle

Fewer interfaces. Fewer losses. Fewer interventions.
