Who is responsible

Nordiclev Technology AS (org. no. 936 935 753), C. Sundts gate 55, 5004 Bergen, Norway, is the controller for personal data processed through nordiclev.com. Questions about privacy can be sent to salg@nordiclev.no.

What we collect

This website can be used without creating an account or logging in. Personal data is only collected when you actively send it to us through the contact form: type of enquiry, name, company, work email, phone number (optional), your message and the language you used.

Our hosting provider also processes technical data, such as IP addresses and request logs, for a short period in order to deliver the website securely and reliably.

Why we process it

Contact-form data is used to answer your enquiry and to follow up a possible delivery, service case or partnership. The legal basis is GDPR article 6(1)(b) (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, GDPR article 6(1)(a).

Who processes the data for us

• Vercel Inc. (USA) hosts the website and processes technical request data. Transfers outside the EEA are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
• Resend (USA) delivers contact-form enquiries to our sales mailbox as email. Transfers outside the EEA are covered by standard contractual clauses.
• Google Ireland Ltd provides Google Analytics, which is activated only if you accept analytics cookies.
• We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any follow-up dialogue, and are then deleted. Technical server logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider. Cookie lifetimes are listed below.

Cookies

Necessary cookies are required for the website to work and store only your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set only after you have given consent, and help us understand which pages are used and how the website can be improved. If you choose “Necessary only”, no analytics cookies are set.

• nordiclev_consent - necessary. Stores your cookie choice. Expires after 6 months.
• _ga and _ga_* - analytics (Google Analytics). Distinguish visitors and measure how the website is used. Set only with your consent. Expire after up to 24 months.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict the processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest and request data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw the consent at any time. Contact salg@nordiclev.no to exercise your rights.

You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
